A strong scene is built from clean scale, believable lighting, consistent materials, and camera choices that feel like a real architectural photograph. Prepare the Interior Scene
Begin by checking units, wall thickness, furniture scale, and camera height. Interior renders often look artificial when objects are slightly oversized or when the camera is placed too high. Use real-world dimensions for doors, curtains, sofas, tables, and ceiling details. Keep the model organized with layers or groups so you can isolate glass, fabrics, wood, metals, and decorative elements during material review.
Build Natural Lighting First
Before adding decorative lamps, set the main daylight direction with a V-Ray Sun, Dome Light, or HDRI that matches the window orientation. Test the room with a simple clay material to judge exposure, shadow softness, and color temperature.
